  I would like to express my very disappointing experience with this office. I brought my dog in to have a check-up and to get an estimate on what they would charge to help her with the issue she was having. Once they explained the costs I asked them for a few minutes to make a phone call. After looking over the estimate and talking with a family member, I realized that I didn’t have the money to go ahead with the procedure. I explained to them that I was sorry but needed to leave and come back with the money.
  When they heard this, their response to me was, Don’t Bother to come back because that estimate is a one-time offer and after that appointment there was nothing they would do to help me or my dog. I was extremely offended and thought they were so unprofessional and Was thankful that I didn’t have the money for the procedure and extremely thankful that I did not leave my precious dog in their care for treatment!!!!
  I urge everyone to reconsider taking their precious pet to this establishment because obviously the only thing that matters to them is money and profit, not the well being of your pet.
